The conversation always seems to direct itself into talking about racial privilege but is it possible that some of the issues that people are concerned with have more to do with a statistical majority than racial makeup? Here is the first article from our new contributor, Rachael Jean, to dive deeper into this topic.

We are proud to announce the first book under Wrong Speak Publishing, "Black Victim To Black Victor".
"Black Americans are constantly lied to about the source of their community’s issues in an effort to profit off their pain and to make sure that they never leave the mindset of the victim. In order to move forward in American society, black people must be critical of all sectors of black culture and the people that profit off the mainstream black victim messaging. I believe that with honesty, love, ownership and responsibility, black Americans can leave behind the victim mentality for the truly empowering victor mindset. Once victor-hood is embraced, we can achieve a more peaceful union with the rest of American society and stop accepting conflict within the black community as a normality."

The wrong speak blog has been a bit dormant but it's for a good reason. I'm nearing the end of writing my book "Black Victim to Black Victor". I wanted to dedicate all my writing time into my book so I can provide something that is enjoyable to read and learn from.
I'm hoping to have all my writing done by March 5th and then onto the editing process. Once this is all done, I plan to dive more into the political discussion and debating ideas. If you are interested in writing an article for Wrong Speak, please contact me directly on here or email
I want to thank everyone for the moral support and being interested in what I have to say in this upcoming book. Here is a sneak peak at the cover. FYI, I'm going the self-publishing route so it should be released relatively quickly. Stay tuned!
