With the recount of all 24 counties in Iowa's 2nd Congressional District complete, Mariannette Miller-Meeks will be the congresswoman-elect once the State Canvass Board certifies the results this afternoon.
A six-vote margin of victory out of almost 400,000 votes cast.

Update: IF the unofficial recount vote pick-ups by Rita Hart holds, depending on what happens in Scott County, Miller-Meeks could win by one vote, they could tie, or Hart could win by three. Hart unofficially picked up anywhere from 26 to 30 votes in Scott County. However, the Miller-Meeks campaign said there is a "new significant discrepancy" in Scott County, so who knows? #ia02 #iapolitics
