What you see here are people counting votes but who were involved in the riots until a few days ago and they don't even hide who their favorite is. The least you should expect from people who should count is that they are politically neutral.
The filing of lawsuits will take forever and yield nothing.
The only solution to stop this is to confiscate and transport all mail ballots from all states to 1 central location with a large hall or hangar, such as a military airport and then count all mail ballots again but now only by certified federal personnel or military personnel. and under the control of federal agents and judges.
Any mail ballot that appears even slightly false can then be investigated to find the culprits. I am convinced that many fingerprints are already in the system.
Trump is still president and he can do this.

Press is part of the First Amendment and yeah they can declare who wins the election as a matter of news covered under the First Amendment. Electoral College only votes and once 270 Electoral College votes has been reached then the Press declares the winner its certified by the federal Board of Elections.
