I don’t think there is an oldest to newest view except if you go to your notifications and click on comments and then look at how long ago the comments were sent. From there you can interact with the comments. From what I’ve seen the Parler experience is similar on iOS and Android.

If you go into settings you can choose which side of the screen to have it on. If it’s stuck just not working I’d force quit the application and sign in again. If that doesn’t work I’d do a reinstall.

They are link aggregators that send you out to ad infested sites where they make a penny per click.
Parler needs to mute these accounts ASAP say for 10-15-30 days.

I am on Instagram and had been for a long time. Then they got bought out by fb. I tolerated it. Kept tolerating it through all its censorship efforts and false labeling. Then accts started getting banned for no good reason. Now, as of today, new TOSs have been implemented, and IG's suggestion to those who don't agree with TOS changes is to delete their accounts. This time I plan to take them up on that offer. I started on Parler last year with the full intent of being a public, totally anonymous account. Now, with the mass exodus from the legacy SM PUBLISHERS, my private IG account for fams and friends will no longer be there. Texting circles is just lame, so I won't be doing that. THIS is why I was asking; not because I wanted to be a troll and make fake accounts, but to duplicate my IG acct here.

If you're going PROMOTE using the PRIVATE setting, then you need to give everyone else the universal option to BLOCK them, because as it is, if someone makes their account PRIVATE, unless they comment on a parley, they can up or DOWN VOTE AT WILL and there's nothing we can do about it. We can't MUTE them or BLOCK them. They are free to FOLLOW and TROLL members with IMPUNITY. This is a MAJOR PROBLEM on Parler, and needs to be fixed immediately.

You only need to look at the very top of every page to see a banner across the top. To the very far left you see 3 black bars. Click on those bars and it opens up a menu of options. Choose VERIFICATION and follow the instructions. It took a while for my three attempts to get through the process, but I think it was just slow to get through at their end. It may be faster now though. They also don't save any data you submit. It is encrypted and then thrown out. Privacy is a major big deal to them. Play around with some of the other options while you're at it--good to familiarize yourself with colors and profile changes, etc. Good luck.
Oh. It's always good to search for ParlerSupport and follow them. They have good learning videos too.

When you see a person's name and a red badge by it it means that they have verified they are a real person using their driver's license or passport. If you go to the left side of your screen and tap on that you will see where it says verify... I think verify identity but you'll see the word verify. Everyone if you love @Parler make sure to leave a review on the App Store. There has been some people who don’t want to see new tech succeed dropping 1 star reviews on the App Store in made trying to suppress the app. The higher the rank the more visible the app becomes on the Apple App Store and Google Play Stores. I wrote a long review of why I think Parler deserves 5 stars but leave an honest review if you’re loving it or have suggestions for improvement. I’d like to see real reviews counter balance people who are trying to suppress the app in shop reviews.

One particularly annoying bug is when I am adding tags at the end of a long Parley my screen will bounce up and down as I type and the hashtags will auto populate on top of my typing making it hard to see what I’m typing and making it take a bit longer to create posts. I’m using an iPhone 7 so I’m not sure how it works on Android, other phones, or desktop. I imagine my issue wouldn’t happen on desktop given the much larger screen size but I mainly use Parler in mobile. @Name Hidden ~ just some feedback for consideration. Not expecting a response or anything. Just putting it out there.

I just use the mobile site. Everything was there and worked fine a few weeks ago. Now I don't get the bar at the bottom with notices, parleys, etc. When I try to upload a picture to my main posts, it no longer works either - doesn't give me the screen to select a picture file.

Any app that allows you to upload photos and videos require it gets permission. You still select only what you want to post, but it needs to permission so it can grab the upload.

When I go through my notifications and I click to follow someone, the popup says it was successful, but when I refresh the page I keep having to click "Follow" on the same people.

@WWMAGA Yeah it wouldn't take long to change the font size of a div. I do a bit of web design myself so I know how straight forward it is. The headlines are way too small in my opinion, and I'm straining to read the subtext beneath the pictures. Hope they sort that soon.

James, what you need to do is get on Trains to get followers. We have conductors that put Train Rides together for new Patriots, when you follow all the Patriots on the list, you ECHO the Train and you you will get followers. You request rides on Trains and then your name goes to even more people. I had this exact same problem when I joined @Parler . Trains Expand your news feed & it becomes more diverse, & you will see the volume of responses kick up. Your @Parler experience will be greatly improved. I am going to follow you now. I have a lot of trains on my feed. I am a Conductor Support Patriot. I do not have time to be a Conductor, so I have many Conductor trains I Echo, to get train riders to follow them.
Follow me back & ring the bell next to my name so you are notified of my posts. This week alone I have quite a few. I"m fixing to send out a lot of trains tonight. If you have questions once you are ready to try it just PM me and I will help you out. @Stand4America

I know you guys have your reasons for not having a real trending page. But I do think it's one of the reasons people find it hard to find or reach new people with their own posts.
If you don't know how to find new people, new users only see/discover your Parler partner accounts.
I wouldn't know how to improve this, but I'm sure somebody more intelligent than me will reply with the solution.

Hello, through the search option, you can search for users or hashtags. One way to find more people is to search for hashtags that are of interest to you. You can then find other community members using these hashtags. Alternatively, you can put hashtags in your posts, which will show up in search results for any other community member also interested in that hashtag.

Hello, this icon is the "impressions" icon. This only is visible on your own Parleys for you to view. This shows statistics based on your Parley, such as the amount of times this Parley appeared in people's feeds, times the Parley was selected and opened, etc.

Can we get an edit button, a place to put a picture album, a group meeting place deal, a way to find people by their given names, and can someone fix the video playing issue. The videos playing has gotten better, but lots of times it still takes all day and half the night to watch a two minute video. Other than that, I like it. Great full to have it. Thanks.

Hello. To change your username, go onto your profile page and select 'Edit Profile' or select the small gear icon. From there you will be able to change the name other Parler members see you by. You should not see any change in your follower number after doing this.

The night mode is even worst than "day mode", the problem is that your text colors are light grey on lighter grey background. Why can't you use BLACK text ?!!

Hello! You can adjust the settings through your device to change the size/font of the text in the app. Also, when you change to Dark Mode, the text will turn white. When you Echo or Upvote, the symbols outline will turn the color you selected.

@parlersupport I have said it several times but I'll say it again, the "night mode" is TERRIBLE, and for some reason you didn't answer my question, WHY the text color is light gray on lighter gray background ?
I'm using in most of time 175% zoom (right now 200%), and it doesn't change much even then. I'm also using Dark Text app, that do help a bit, but WHY NOT BLACK TEXT ?!!

Hello Susan! Thank you for contacting Parler Support! Currently the exact feature you are requesting is not available, but "subscribing" to those you are following can help prioritize those you are following. If you subscribe to certain followers, this allows for more options to personalize your feed. For example, you would be able to go to your home feed and personalize the feed to only see posts from those you are subscribed to by clicking "subscribed" at the top of the feed in the iOS and Android versions. Also, you will be notified each time someone you subscribe to creates a new post (this can however be disabled in the settings menu). Also, within the notifications tab, you can filter out to just see "subscribed" notifications.
