Lots of you are asking what will be missing in the Apple app. Only what falls under Parler’s user-controlled trolling filter—attacks on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation/identity, or religion. These are prohibited by Apple, so the app distributed by App Store will automatically filter this content out. If you want to see that stuff, it will remain visible in the web browser and Android app. You have choices on iOS – app, or full strength mobile web.
Meanwhile, we’ll continue to discuss with Apple to attempt to convince them that it’s better to let people control what they see than to try to censor for them.

We're actively working on addressing the big uptick in comment spam, which our CPO @AmyPeikoff has dubbed the "zombie bot problem." 🧟♂️ 🧟♀️ In the meantime, here's how you can easily remove spam comments from your parleys:
1 - In the web browser, click the moderation link in the left menu. In the app, tap your profile image, then tap moderation.
2 - Click on "Comment Moderation" or "Review Comments."
3 - Depending on your settings, live comments may appear under "Review" or "Approved."
4 - Click/tap the Spam button for each spam comment.
You can also block any spam-posting users via the comment (in the browser) or the user profile.

As some of you may have already noticed, we have resolved the remaining image issues.
The cloud provider where the DOS attacks were coming from has resolved the issue that was affecting DNS responses. They are investigating the abuser of their service.

We are happy to announce that the issue I posted about a few days ago affecting image uploads has been fixed. We're sorry for any inconvenience this presented. The system we
use to replace AWS S3 had some networking and configuration issues that we have corrected. Do note that previous image uploads that failed while there was a problem may appea
r broken. Over time this should become less apparent.
The other issue we've mitigated is a DNS issue that has caused headaches in accessing the site particularly resolution from DNS servers run by Cloudflare and others. The cause of this was someone or some group attacking our DNS authoritative name servers in an attempt to disable all TCP based DNS resolutions. This should fix the issue of certain VPNs not working as well as other annoyances.
We really do appreciate you being our users and your patience in this time of transition! Again, we're sorry for any inconvenience or frustration due to the effects of these problems.

An update on our current efforts to come back stronger and better:
We are very sorry for some recent issues surrounding our CDN that provides S3 (image storage and display) Capabilities. This is a service we lost with AWS canceling our account. We have isolated the issues and the system is rebalancing/stabilizing itself after an outage. Unfortunately, while working on solving the primary CDN issue, we had some configuration issues that arose. That is what is causing the current problem with image upload. We apologize for the inconvenience as we work to resolve this last issue.
We are grateful for your loyalty and patronage and are doing everything possible to stabilize after a difficult move out of the cloud.
