The Bill Walton Show TheBillWaltonShow Bill Walton is the Managing Editor and Host of The Bill Walton Show which features in-depth conversations with leaders, entrepreneurs and thinkers.

On this week's chat with Frank Gaffney, we talk about "woke capitalism" and major corporations becoming more and more aggressive in pushing a progressive Democrat agenda.
The presumably very smart CEOs of Delta Airlines and Coca Cola now think it's their job to weigh in on partisan cultural politics like Georgia's election law. They have to know that requiring a photo ID to vote is not "voter suppression," yet they've fallen into lockstep with the Democrats cry of "Jim Crow".
With average big company CEO pay rising this year to a record $13.7 million, who are these men of the people trying to please? Certainly not their shareholders.
And under what moral authority does Major League Baseball condemn Georgia's voter photo ID law while in the very same week it signs a lucrative contract with totalitarian Communist China?
Frank and I also talk about John Boehner's new book and his evident amnesia about conservative principles.

On Episode 115 - Bill and Phil Kerpen talk about the COVID death prediction models, how they resembled our wildly inaccurate macroeconomic models and their simplistic assumptions.
In the real world, people learn how to take care of themselves - and each other. Instead, the models assumed that unless governments imposed heavy handed mandates and lockdowns, the disease would just continue to increase until everyone had it.
Look at Sweden which imposed almost no restrictions. How wrong were the models there? Visit to view/listen to the entire episode.

NEW EPISODE: If it's possible to have a fun and entertaining conversation about political correctness, critical race theory and the state of being "woke", this is it.

Joining me is James Lindsay, PhD, Co-author of Critical Cynical Theories (the strikethrough is deliberate) and founder of the newdiscourses.com website and podcasts.

James, who has been called the Donald Trump of Intellectuals (meant as an insult), because of his courage to take on political correctness, guides me down through the stranger and stranger rabbit hole of "Theory."

Also knows as Postmodernism, it first took root in America in the Yale University English Department and since then, like a virus, it has jumped from this laboratory to infect all American society.

In the wide-ranging interview, he explains things like "anti-racist", systems of privilege, Queer theory and how all these theories start with the conclusions you want to reach.

On this week's chat with Secure Freedom Radio's Frank Gaffney, we explore the motives behind woke Corporate America - Delta Airlines, Coca Cola and Major League Baseball - attempts to intimidate and punish Georgia for passing a voter ID law.

Plus, we speculate about the impact of the Chinese Communist Party escalating its control over Chinese Tech companies, whose stocks have sold off sharply in consequence. Is China taking a bridge too far?

On our latest episode, we talk about the push by the radical woke left to let transgendered boy/girl athletes participate in girls and women’s sports.

And also the “race to replace the binary” Until I started researching this, I thought two sexes were plenty ... who knew?

Watch our full discussion and let us know what you think.

NEW EPISODE: Trans Men in Women’s Sports

On this episode, our TBWS Roundtable discusses the push by the radical woke left to let transgendered boy/girl athletes participate in girls and women’s sports.

After coming out strongly against trans men in women’s sports, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem recently vetoed a bill that would’ve banned it. Why? She says “it’s complicated” and she may be right.

The very woke NCAA would ban her state from staging its competitions. But allowing trans men in women’s sports would gut Title IX.

Why is this seemingly only an American issue? What are the implications for our military? And is this just the opening salvo in the race to replace the binary? Did you know there was a “race to replace the binary?”

This week: We talk about #China's tongue-lashing of the US Secretary of State on issues ranging from #BLM to
#cybercrimes to #Taiwan.

And why we might be seeing “Obama II” in our accommodations of China’s aggressive ambitions, and the threat this poses.

I also reiterate my concerns about how passage of #HR1 would likely ensure the end of free and fair elections.

ICYMI: On our latest episode, I’m talking with Yaron Brook, Chair of the Ayn Rand Institute, in a wide-ranging conversation that launches into the case for why the profit motive is a good thing.

Capitalism gets a bad rap in the media and pop culture, but should business be epitomized by Gordon Gecko or Steve Jobs? Was the 2008 financial crisis caused by greedy Wall Streeters or by wrongheaded government policies? We agree that finance, properly understood, is about “win/win” strategies to move capital to more productive uses, but what about all the people left behind by capitalism’s “creative destruction?

Are Americans any longer willing to do what’s necessary to create their own future. We also talk about his view that our moral purpose should be our own happiness and that self-interest is not wrong.
