It does exactly what you suggested for BLM to be influential, in that its conclusion is "legal slavery effects all people regardless of race." Do you have any experience working with millennials? No lie, we had one that was just hired, going through training and wrote a bulletin to the deputy chief asking to be taken off training. He said he wanted to be placed in a unit that required 5 years exp because he had "life experience" from his college education. He also added that he didn't think he would make a good officer because he really didn't like doing actual police work. We have in our staff kitchen areas taps that produce chilled drinking water, hot water for tea (we have Nespresso coffee machines too) and if you press both buttons, you get chilled sparkling water. The chilled sparking water is out of service in our main staff kitchen/lounge area and people are complaining about it. LOL - imagine being upset that your on-tap chilled sparkling water at work has been out of service for two hours.

Upper level mgmt using your group as a stepping stone for fast-track, leaves wake of destruction. Shameful company vehicles. Transition to contracted resources = crap quality and TONS of “paperwork”; actually increases costs and potential service penalties. Work groups that seem to work better against, than with, your group. Sound familiar? Yep, I’m 20+ years at your old company 😂
