This goes right in lock-step with what we suspect about metabolic health and covid outcomes.
ALSO: Not many know this but the Ketogains folks have done a good job of compiling DEXA data on visceral adipose tissue (VAT) and what they see is VAT so low it is only otherwise seen in non-western societies. Does that mean a ketogains type approach guarantees "perfect immunity from covid?" No, of course not, but it's certainly not going to worsen your situation.

I know everything is a politically charged mess these days, but I’ve been warning about exactly this for a long time. Close to ten years. Trumps election MIGHT be in response to (what was then) some fairly over the top behavior on the part of folks on the more progressive side of the aisle. I think that thinking was accurate, and given that this scene has largely just doubled down on identity politics it is no wonder that all manner of "unintended consequences" may be emerging.
Now, I'm wondering if these are really unintended consequences or the end goal. Is this a feature or a bug?
I just joined Parler! Looking forward to meeting everyone here.
