I think the colleges and universities should refund tuition to students that can’t find meaningful employment with their bullshit degrees. I would force them to re evaluate their curriculum and limit majors to those that have some commercial value. A pure liberal arts degree in literature, history, communications, art, philosophy, journalism, African American studies, art, and many more have limited commercial potential. Those that wish to pursue these studies should not be allowed financial support. There is nothing wrong with the study of these topics but not if tax payers or others get stuck with the tab. I just see him being railroaded, and don't get me wrong. I don't know if Chauvin is right or wrong, but the one thing I do know is he is deserving of a fair trial, and I don't think that's happening. I also don't know why the Judge wouldn't sequestor the jurors due to the violence happening there. I see the jurors finding him guilty due to being scared for their own lives. I could be wrong, but something totally isn't hitting me right with this whole hearing.

Very sound points brought up in this interview, but it raises a couple of questions for me with respect to the length of time argument . It was established (at least in my mind) that Chauvin was aware that Floyd was under the influence of something, and that people will sometimes lose consciousness and then awaken in a rage. Contributing to this was that paramedics were slow to arrive. So in those extra few minutes, (in my opinion) I could understand why they decided to keep Floyd in the prone position. Just some thoughts...

From a legal standpoint I think a hung jury will be the result, but this isn’t an ordinary trial. Lord of emotion involved could push the jury to manslaughter. Social pressure doesn’t help either. Chauvin will have grounds for appeal if convicted.
