However, CBS News' doxxing of jurors should be criminal if it is not. Obstruction of justice or jury tampering comes to mind. The network and its reporters should pay some price for this type of interference with a jury trial.

Rep Waters is a danger to our society.
After traveling across state lines to incite riots, her orders recorded on video last night at the Brooklyn Center, directly led to more violence and a drive by shooting on National Guardsmen in Minnesota early this morning.
As a sitting United States Congresswoman, Rep Maxine Waters threatened a jury demanding a guilty verdict and threatened violence if Chauvin is found not guilty. This is also an abuse of power.
Rep Maxine Waters must be expelled from Congress!

In part, this "adjudication process" is a response to Bush v Gore and the court's demands that poll worker divine voter intent. Those who have been around for a time will remember hanging chads and dimpled chads.
The Dominion Machine takes an image of the ballot. If the ballot does not register with the automation the poll worker can fix the image. The image is then counted. That creates the problem of the paper being potentially different than the image, which is counted.
The ground truth is in the paper trail -- registrations and ballots. Elections must be auditable, meaning independent people must be able to verify that only legal voters cast ballots and that the ballots cast were properly recorded.
Independent audits should be conducted for all elections.
