Everyone should have to verify identity on ballot (in person or mailed) with a thumb print. When turning in ballots to a designated box it should again require it. The box is secured by background checked individuals and transported under guard directly to designated locations that are also under guard.
Ballots should be checked and counted under camera security of each individual opening them and armed guards to be sure only valid ballots enter the room.
All intentional fraud cases found punishable by heavy time behind bars.
