Otherwise, after you are criminally prosecuted (assuming that NYC DA doesn’t kick this case completely), then you have to be civilly sued and found liable before they can go after your money. Even then, I’m not sure that bankruptcy would not relieve that woman of the obligation to pay the judgment. So, I refer the kind gentleman to my original resolution. Short flight off a tall roof.
