Kudos to the State of Texas Secretary of State for not certifying the Dominion voting system software for utilization last year.
We should all ask the question: why then did other States accept this system which reportedly failed security tests?
I would recommend that our Texas Secretary of State investigate the hiring of Mr. Heider Garcia, linked to Smartmatic systems, as an election administrator in Tarrant County in 2018. Tarrant County, the largest red county in Texas, somehow flipped blue in 2018.
I do not subscribe to conspiracy theories, nor random coincidences.
